The payment will be made after you have provided a service, submitted your care report and the service delivery confirmed by the client. You will be able to track your earnings through your account dashboard.
The amount you can earn as a health worker is determined by your own organisation, the type of service you provide, the industry rate for the service, your qualifications and your level of experience.

The payment process on MyMedicalBank is automated but you will be able to verify any payment manually before it is released. To get paid, the health worker will be expected to first deliver the service, submit their care report and have the service delivery confirmed by the client. The health worker will then request for payment via the app after which you can then release the money to them.
You are free to determine how much you want to pay your health workers for each service they deliver for your organisation taking into account their qualifications and experience. You may also choose not to pay them per service but simply compensate them as par their existing employment contract.
