MyMedicalBank is designed for four categories of users:

Individual Clients use MyMedicalBank to book and manage healthcare services for themselves or their loved ones video residing anywhere in Nigeria.

Healthcare Organisations like clinics, hospitals, medical laboratories, diagnostic centres, HMOs, care agencies, care homes, pharmacies, rehabilitation centres, medical logistics companies and others use the MyMedicalBank software to provide and track services to the public throughout Nigeria.

The interoperable nature of the software allows providers not only to promote their services but also to interact seamlessly with their clients, patients, health workers and other providers within and outside Nigeria to provide and coordinate the delivery of technology-driven healthcare services in any care setting.

Non-healthcare Organisations like banks, telcos, churches, companies, mosques, NGOs, Government agencies, associations and clubs utilise MyMedicalBank to fund healthcare access for their patrons - staff, members, customers or beneficiaries at home, the workplace, in clinic and on video. Whether the objective is to motivate their patrons, increase productivity or a corporate social responsibility, the MyMedicalBank empowers organisations to achieve this like no other platform.

Health Workers - doctors, dentists, nurses, midwives, pharmacists, medical laboratory scientists, home care assistants and other health workers use MyMedicalBank to earn additional income by  providing healthcare services to consumers at home, in clinic and on video under the umbrella of MMB Healthcare or a healthcare organisation registered on the platform.
